1. Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, a flat shipping fee of $30 will be applied.
2. Delivery Time:
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Following processing, the delivery will take an additional 2-5 business days, making the total delivery time 3-8 business days. Please note that while we strive to provide timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
3. Shipping Within Australia Only:
We currently only ship orders within Australia. All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as StarTrack or Australia Post.
4. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Missing Items:
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery window, or if any items are missing from your shipment, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
